i saw this the other day & knew i needed to get a picture.all us non sitkans were talking at church how unnerving
it is when you get to the end of the one road
that drives through the island. then you turn around and
see one of these, it gets a little freaky. i totally forget i'm on
an island until this happens, then i pee my pants a little.
or when you go to buy milk at the grocery store and there
is none because the barge didn't come yet...
this is the harbor right by our house on the way to totem park
since it was 10:00 spencer decided to take a nap
then i just sat down for a minute and the next thing i knew...
it is really something trying to go to bed when the sunis still up and wake up at 3 am and it's back up again.
i have now entered the eternal sunshine of the sleepless mind.

I am just waiting for Mads to arise and laughing so hard at your photos sleeping and can't wait to show maddie, you know how much she loves creatures of the sea aka shishies! Man I am bored stiff with out you two. I am sure glad for the blog so I can still have a good hearty laugh once and awhile. I was out visiting teaching last night and they all agreed I should go to Alaska! So let's pray the tickets are down a few hundred dollars and we can be there before mads is two (so we don't have to pay for her fair).
i'm laughing too at those pictures. paige wants to know why you guys are silly. i can't explain, but spencer's socks are sweet.
