there is nothing better in mine and spencer's eyes on this earth to eat than halibut, beer battered, lemon squeezed, fluffy white meat halibut. i still love crab, salmon, and all other sea food i can get my grubby little hands on but sitka halibut has us both melting. not to mention the gorgonzala bacon whippped potatos, freshed steamed veggies, or the fresh spicy clam chowder. we have found our new favorite restaraunt to eat in sitka and ladies and gents it is a diamond in the ruff. & i found out this week that they have the best desserts around.
