oh man right now it feels good to rest and relax after a hard days work. today was fabulous. when the cruisers got to town the went to town! we peered out of our windows this morning as shuttle after shuttle drove up and dropped off oodles of cruisers, then they all disapeared. confused and a little anxious we waited for them to come and much to our suprise all of those cruisers were all packed inside the russian church up the street and when they got done with their tour they were ready to shop! spencer, bessie and i just worked our tails off today! so many t-shirts but more popular was the nail polish! australians love nail polish that changes color in the sun, who knew? most of the cruisers are australians and funny ones too. they would tell me "stay away from the guy behind the counter he is really expensive!" we had a great time. bessie and i just sold our little hearts out while spencer ran the cash register like a champ. it was super busy for about 4 hours then we had time to restock, clean up, fold t-shirts, and wind down for a couple of hours, and we were able to hire another employee who worked for del sol last year, such a tender mercy at the end of a hard days work. spencer and i closed the shop at 500 and it took us 1 1/2 hours to close the till! we were so confused, hungry and fatigued we hadn't eaten since the morning and we felt it in our bones and brains. but alas, we were able to close and count our earnings! we met our goal for this ship and we were stoked!! so we ran upstairs to our apartment quickly made some ravioli nd carrotts (yum huh?) and ate so fast we made ourselves sick. then we washed down our stomach aches with a pan of brownies and some freezing cold milk, all better. then we went on a walk to the harbor and captures these great shots while clearing our minds and taking in all the beauty this little town has to offer. we sure love it here. and here is why...

i remember the comment i left that blogger deleted...it went something on the lines of "cal would be so proud that his days at milo are paying off." originally better scripted but you get the gist.
